Nestled in a prime location, just a short walk from CSMT station, it made exploring South Mumbai a breeze. The building itself exudes a quaint heritage vibe, which reflects the city's rich history. The staff were attentive and quick to address any concerns, a significant plus in the hospitality realm. Our room had basic amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities, which made it comfortable for our stay. I particularly enjoyed having a small balcony-though the view wasn't jaw-dropping, it was a pleasant place to unwind after a day of exploring. The buffet breakfast catered to various tastes, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property. While the hotel does lean towards the luxurious end, its strategic location and thoughtful services make it a worthwhile choice for travelers seeking value. I'd recommend Grand Hotel for those wanting a blend of heritage and modern convenience in their stay.
